Java Training process much easier and more effective

Java Training

The Java Training program will begin in mid-January of 2009. This program is geared towards individuals launching an IT career, and covers the latest, in-demand technologies, including Java programming.

This Java Training program will provide you with the opportunity to deepen your technical skills and learn how, at Accenture Technology Solutions, you can use them to help deliver innovative solutions to our clients. Working alongside other IT specialists, you’ll gain exposure to new technologies and gain deep skills in Java and Oracle. Combining computer based learning with group interaction, this training program provides a unique opportunity to learn and network with other technology enthusiasts.

The Entry-Level Java Training Program is our primary vehicle for selecting people for Associate Software Engineer roles at Accenture Technology Solutions. People who successfully complete this program may be offered a position as an Associate Software Engineer with Accenture Technology Solutions. So not only will you have the opportunity to strengthen IT skills and learn to apply them in a business environment, you could potentially gain a job at the end of it.

You may join our Bangalore office as a full-time Associate Software Engineer and assist in the development, delivery and management of technology-based business solutions. You will work on coding, testing and implementing configuration changes and assist in the design of software applications to meet both functional ad technical requirements.

Make sure that you spend your time Java Training learning, not just teaching, and try to stretch a little beyond the scope of the class each time you teach it. When you've learned something that adds value, or can help prevent a gotcha, or demonstrates why a certain way of doing something is a good way, make sure you show it.

As for career path, it really depends on how well you do all of the above activities. If you get your name out there (many employers will google you) and demonstrate the knowledge you've learned, you will be incredibly marketable.

One more thing: when teaching or interviewing, think of it as " Java Training talking about something you know" rather than teaching or interviewing. It's subtle, but it makes either process much easier and more effective.
